The Robots module allows you to manage your robots. This module is where you create, prepare and integrate your robots. Once they are deployed to your business channels, they are ready to instantly and accurately answer questions from your customers.

The Sources module lets you manage your data sources that you use to train your chatbots. You can upload text, PDF or Microsoft Word Documents. Once you upload your files, you can embed this knowledge into any of your chatbots.

The Conversations module allows you to manage all automated online conversations with customers in one place. This module will represent a list of the hisotry of conversations for all chatbots. You can also watch live conversations in real-time.

Our Integrations module is where you integrate your chatbots to your business channels. This module allows you create and configure a chatbot deployment. This will generate code that you can use on your website to allow your customers access to your chatbot. Currently, we only support website deployments as HTML/Javascript code.
