
Nexus Bot AI launched the first version of its platform for early adopters on December 15th, 2025. This plan will allow free access to the full features offered by the platform until the official launch on March 16th, 2026.

We offer 2 types of chatbots in this upcoming version. These are the Quesiton and Answer Chatbot and the Customer Service Chatbot. The Q&A type is configured to answer questions based on its embedded context. The Customer Service type is more advanced and can connect a customer to live chat agents if asked to. It will do that if the request time is within set customer service operating hours. Agents can join the conversation either from the admin dashboard or through email links if this option was configured.
